The Bay Suite is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a bonus room, we call the den. With a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room, this unit also features a twin sized day bed in the den area. All of our suites are fully furnished with flat screen TV’s, cable, and secured, reliable Wi-Fi. All utilities are included and each apartment has full-sized appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes. There are washers and dryers in every unit.
These furnished apartments have everything one could need for a comfortable extended stay. Managers are on call 24 hrs/day for emergencies. There are social events for residents throughout the month and there is a real sense of community. We have seen many life long friendships made at Third and Main!
Let’s Get Started
Typically there are 2 appointments before the start of treatment at the UF Proton Institute. The ‘consult’ followed by a ‘simulation’ visit. Most of our occupants start treatment approximately 10-14 days after their simulation visit. Once you have your confirmed your treatment dates, we can then determine what floorplans will be available 10-14 days after that. Third & Main is normally booked about 4-6 weeks out, so if this is where you would like to stay for your treatment, we would definitely suggest making those arrangements with us once you get your simulation dates.
